New company registration that was never completed.

I found a company called S.A Business Formation (Pty)Ltd [URL Removed] online to facilitate my new company registrations. I dealt with a woman called Cornelia Madibogo and she has never been of great help. I had to constantly follow up with her on the progress made on my company registration. I have since received 1 email and no phone call from her. I have called their office countless times to no avail. my suspicion is that they have closed shop( since there are no email replies and the phone Is never answered ). I paid the R500 and have nothing to show for a company I asked them to open. I don't know if I should blame just Cornelia on this or the entire company for not getting what I paid for...but everyone needs to know what they put me through. I started the process with them on the 9th June and have nothing to show for services I paid for
