SA Business Dispatch

I got a email from SA Business Dispatch (Global Perfection) in the early hours today staying that I have subscribed to their services and they will start to debit from 30th November 2019 R205. I never subcribed for their services. When I call them to cancel my subscription they're nowhere to be found. They're making me go in circles. What can I do, who'm can I contact because when I look at this it looks like ***** to me. They even have my ID NUMBERS and names.
