Communication is non existant

I have had the policy for more then 4 years, my premium was R578 for a R30 000 cover, last year they said they no longer have that cover they have R15 000 cover and my premium dropped to R381. They did not debit me this passed month and keep sending me messages about ceasing my policy. When I respond to them via what's app I get the same message that someone will be in contact with me. They are not good at communicating and this is frustrating me. I need clarity.
