I have purchased in September 2019 articles in this shop for an total amount of ca. R23000. Amount them there were a Louis Vutton bag and shoe.I find out later that there were ****. Therefore I brought back the. LV items and a dress. I claimed a refund of ca R8500. Akhona the shop owner refused to proceed for a refund instead gave me a voucher. I insisted for a cash refund and explained to her that there is a breach of trust as she assured before that the LV goods were original and therefore she ****. Please note that out of 7 purchased items I brought only 3 back for the reason mentioned within less than 24hrs. She still holdings illegitimatly my money since September 2019 of an amount of ca.
