S A BLOOD SERVICE IS IN A MESS

I got an sms from the bloodbank today, When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 I needed blood, now after 5 years( I have had no correspondence and heard nothing from them) I have been handed over, When I spoke to the lawyer she said her agents said they have been speaking to me - what utter bull. I think the admin service is pathetic if after five years now I get a call and on top of it I have been handed over!
