Customer dissatisfaction

Really disappointed with the people at SA Artist who promises and don't deliver. I have subscribed to the magazine for many years .My last renewal I paid for on the 14.06.21 with a confirmation of receiving the magazine on the 27.06.21 . Since then 5 emails ,10 telephone calls later and all I got was promises . Absolutely upset by their attitude to a customer. I would not recommend them to anybody.
