Beware of service and repairs

An absolute *******. Requested a quote to fix my microwave switch. Keith Took the microwave away and brought it back with black tape holding the glass in. The plastic insert cover was broken and the light wasn't working. Reported complaint to Mr Israel but no response. I had to purchase a new microwave. Net result. Paid the company to damage my microwave.
