Poor Service

I am absolutely appalled by the poor service received from SA Appliance Repairs. My electrical appliance (i.e. washing machine) needed repairing. One of their technicians were sent out, they had a look at the machine, made a diagnoses and subsequently took some of the parts with them. I am in need of having these returned and it's been a mission to get this returned. Musa who deals with the communication does not answer my calls and has just displayed such poor service. No sense of urgency to get these parts returned to me and now I'm still stuck with a machine that does not work. Extremely frustrated that this business is not even picking up their phones in order for us to come to an agreement. Would certainly not recommend their services.
