No response from SA ambulance services

We have called 10111 ambulance services on 17/12/2017 @ 16:45pm There was no response on multiple tries. THE patient is at home in serious pain and is a stroke and dimensia patient he cannot stand or talk and had chronic diahoria. If he passes on it is due to the medical response in this country.
