Not paying monies owed

Good day. I need to get this off my chest. I bought a motorbike BMW 1200 GT second hand at S4 Lifestyle in Boksburg. This bike is on hire purchase, and I lend an amount of R10 000 extra, to buy all the gear that goes with the bike.<br> As from the 23rd of September 2015, I've tried in vein for them to pay me the extra monies, as the bank already paid them all of the monies from the bike.<br> Numerous telephonic call were made to the company, and the same answer keeps coming back, that the forms was already sent upstairs.<br> When I call to confirm that the monies will be paid on the day, all I here is \I will find out and let you know"<br> They never come back with an answer"
