Vehicle Deposit return

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>Last weekend I was in the process to purchase a vehicle at S4 Auto in Boksburg, but when we were about to leave the dealership floor we were encountered with all sort of issues simply put the vehicle could not start on its own.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid a deposit of 10k towards this deal but as soon as I realized I'm buying a car for nearly 310k which can't even start I decided to cancel the whole deal. Now I've been calling each and every single day to ask for my deposit back since I didn't take the car, instead of a simple straight answer all I'm given is someone needs to approve or they haven't approved etc. I feel like I'm getting the run around now and made to look like a fool but when they received my deposit it wasn't so difficult.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've already engaged Clientele Legal to also look into my case because I feel like I'm not being priotized simply because I cancelled the deal on them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>MC Mpanza </p>
