Unhappy customer

We bought a car mid February and we encountered problems with tyres, spare key , sensors of the tyres and were promised that they will attend to it and nothing was done until till the lockdown started. The tyre problem was also diagnosed by Mercedes in Emalahleni and they forwarded the quiry to s4 auto. There is also a chip on the driver's seat we were promised that this things will be fixed. On level 4 after the lockdown we contacted them they promised to attend the matter but till now nothing has been done, the sales consultant is coming with new promises every week but no action in all the promises made.
