I went to go view a car that I had seen on the internet and on the day when I was there I informed the salesperson that my budget was R400k which he straight up told me that for the car that I wanted the budget wasn't going to be enough. I was on my way out with the sales person when I the manager stopped me to ask if I was going to be buying the car. I told him no because the car is out of my budget and then he asked what my budget was and when I told him he said fine you can have the car for that amount and then informed the sales person to give the vehicle at that price. The next day I received the OTP from the dealership which was not for the amount we agreed on but because it was slightly high I was okay to continue with the deal. The deal was approved my bank then the day before picking up the vehicle I get a call and was informed that I need to pay R5700 for license and reg. I then asked why I had to pay this amount because it had already been charged in the OTP? They explained why then I was comfortable for us to continue. On the day when I picked up the car I was informed on the day that the car doesn't have a spare key and that they weren't going to assist me in getting one either. A few days after collecting the car, I got a call from the dealership saying I need to pay them R2.k for license and Reg at this point I lost it and asked the lady how many license and reg can one pay for one car because at this point I've already paid twice for the same thing. now I am being informed by my bank that I owe my previous vehicle which was traded in with the dealer R1600 because S4 auto settled the bank after the settlement had expired which is after the 7 days.

The service that I received from this dealership is one that has frustrated and one that has also frustrated me financially.
