Porche Boxter S

I went yesterday the 7th of September and bought a Porche Boxter S from a salesman, Bilal. I completed the finance app after we agreed on a finl price on the deal. This morning, I received 5 calls from 3rd parties trying to sell me insurance. I realised that they disclosed my personal details to 3rd parties without my concent. What is even worse, after my deal was approved, they have changed the finanace amount to R 753 000 and not R 719 950 as agreed. They now also charged additional fees that was never agreed upon. We agreed on a final price of R 719 950 and now they are charging me R 725 500 which I never agreed to.

Mr Botes,
I serve and deliver all my clients with integrity and respect. In todays market how can i be chasing possible deals away from my dealership, but with your transaction there is a story behind it. You are a senior personnel at a reputable bank hence you should know that a deal is not sealed or concluded until an offer to purchase is signed and co signed by a manager. The fact that you say you were charged an amount and then charged a different amount the next day is true , you were made aware on mail that admin and on raod costs were not included and were compulsory, as you work in a bank similar to bank charges, initiation fees etc.As for your personal info, you filled out and signed an application which allows us to work on getting finance for you, all the info is loaded onto a bank platform called signio which allows insurance company's to access your info to quote on your purchase so that when you are concluding the deal you have an idea of the total cost including insurance.I have no bad feelings for you posting this but the car is on the floor for one day and is priced very reasonable and yes we could not discout the admin fees.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused , please feel free to contact me directly if you require any assistance.
thank you and god bless.
