Lack of Information/ False Information

I app**** for the 'Rent to Buy' option at S4 Auto. When I was approved, I thought that I had all the information that was needed regarding payments, clauses, etc. I was sent a message to collect the vehicle which I app**** for. I was told that I must pay the deposit of R22000-00, which I did at their offices. I asked that if I am not happy with anything and cancel, do I get my deposit back immediately? I was told yes, that would not be a problem. After I paid, I was called into the office for a run down of my contract. Only then was I given the 'Hidden' information about my contract, with extra costs, clauses and regulations. All of which I was not made aware of before signing and making payment. I immediately cancelled the contract and asked for my deposit back. They told me that I have to wait 7 working days for a refund. I have been calling all day and have had the run around. The service is ridiculous and I will not recommend them to anyone.
