Poor service ,they don't pay people,they disappeared ,they don't give us contracts they lie

S24 recruited us in September that we should call people and ask about there employment status and gave us 500 allowance to call which I we did we called people and submitted on the survey and captured ,then they disappeared they didn't say anything they come after a month they will pay us which they didn't and they didn't pay those who didn't were recruited us and they said they going to give us contracts they didn't till today and again they do not want us to view our opinion and they have not paid us till today there service is poor they can't treat us well and when we tell the MD of the company He tell us that it's January we broke if we need money we should talk while they should pay us what they owe us and we are a lot when i viewed my opinion they told me i cannot work with them anymore so i need to be paid for what i worked for .please help
