They do not deliver what they promise

On initial assessment they confirmed that they can do all the requested work and that they do have an electrician that can move a ceiling light and install 2 plug points in the ceiling for garage motors that were to be installed after they have completed their work.<br> What I ended up with is a light that was now not working together with 2 plugs that were not only connected to a light switch but also not at all working.<br> Their answer to this was that stuff happens and I should get an electrician in (which they said they will do to handle the lights and plugs) and pay for that to be done now a second time but on top of that, even though it is not working they expect their final payment asap.<br> So I got sent the final invoice and when I inquired about this issue his professionalism come out again as he was unable to maintain a civilized conversation screaming and not allowing me to speak at all.
