DECEASED ESTATE

the decease estate of my Father was handed in June 2014 even today it has not been resolved. I tried everything such as phoning and send email explaining the frustration and anger they had put my 70 year old mother into because everything of my father is on hold, reference no EST38/0001.its a year already now please I need a follow up regarding this matter
