*********** Manager and shockingly poor service

One would spot the time of year that it is and usually restaurants are usually very busy. But to have to sit and wait close to an hour for sushi is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the starters and mains were ordered at the same time.

If that wasn’t back enough, people who arrived 20-30 minutes after us, get their meals after us. Then there is this so-called manager Stanley who is on duty on the evening of 1 January 2023, who is rude, to the patrons and won’t let one speak and instead tells me about his staff that has been on duty since 8:00am, won’t let me speak and walks away whilst I’m speaking.

They know the traffic that comes through at this time of year and yet he wants to make his inability to deliver my issue. He needs to be fired or get out of the service industry.
