Refund not refunded

This company is appalling, wouldn't advise anybody to rent with them. Gave my notice over 6 weeks in advance, moved out on the 29th of November, today is the 20th January and I still have not received my refund. Kept sending emails which were being ignored. I paid my rent in time and reported any issues with the unit. They really take people for granted
