un-proffessional S. Kondlo 's services

Good day all, please do not use the services of this attorney. Just had a bad experience today 25th April 2022 with the lady Buli who thinks she's a lawyer herself whereas she's just a front-liner. She even promised to beat me when I get there. I paid this attorney R9000 to do a transfer of a property I was buying and that was Sept 2021. they kept quite and I thought all was going according to schedule, only to be called by this Buli on the 15th of Dec 2021 to say that they cant apply for rates at the municipality it will take long they have to wait till Jan 2022. That I didn't understand but I said ok. Jan there was no phone call from them, Feb nothing then in March I called them and no-one picked my calls. I even email Mr Nkondlo and never responded. I was really getting concerned even the owner of the house was calling me to find out what was happening as the attorney was holding onto some of their money. I called the so-called agent and he was also clueless but I told him to go find those people and find out what is happening. Begining April I got a call from Buli saying my title is ready for collection and that I should inform her when I go there because she is not always there. today I called her to say i will be coming on Wednesday, little did I know that I was opening myself up to be verbally abused and even she used vulgar language to me and I didnt let her I was saying the same to her. she then promised that she will deal with me when I get there to collect and there's no-one else besides so I need to go through her. i went to collect what was mine only to be verbally assaulting and I asked her to beat me up as she said she will. she then came with a story that SA law does not allow people to be beaten. she got the title deed and THREW it on the floor and when I checked it its not the original she gave me a copy, why only she knows. but because I know how the original looks like I asked her did you give me the original. her answer you should know because you too clever. she went back and collected the original. that was my nightmare with S. Nkondlo attorneys. don't go there for your properties they are not conveyancers.
