S & K PANEL BEATERS STOLE MY CAR PARTS

I paid to fix the car at S&K panel beaters in Umthatha Eastern cape. I stay in Johannesburg I sent my brother to go take the car. I noticed some parts of the car are missing namely car front Griller, indicator lights, car logo and window rubber on the right that prevents rain to enter. I reported this to the assistant manager he said I must talk to the manager and he can testify that all the parts were there when the car arrived. I spoke to the manager and his been promising to buy the parts and now its been 6 months and he keeps telling me stories that the order has been delayed.
