arogant ***** lawyer refuses to give me an account

I was actually hoping you would know who I should contact with regards to my matter as I am not after financial gain, I just want to force this ***** into giving me an account and a receipt. This guy is so arrogant and just straight refuses to comply, he thinks that because he's a lawyer I can't do anything and I want to show him different.
