Complaint - **********, Non Responsive

Good day all, just a friendly warning not to use the services of S J Cooling, located in Wellington, owner is S J (Jacques) v d Spuy, They install a aircon for me in January, he was paid in full, the aircon never switches off. Which means that what i purchased is not what he installed, this is considered ********** until such time as i have proof. After numerous whatsapps and excuses from him i am still waiting for an response. Bad business.
