S-Force unreliable products and poor client service

I have placed an order from S-Force that supplies wrist watches of fair quality, it used to be amazing quality until the company went under new managements or ownership. The order I placed was last year on 16th of November for two sets of watch bands, I paid through PayPal and order confirmed. At the end of December 2025, I followed up with S-Force help centre and received a response indicating to me that there is a lead time of 6 weeks. So I gave it another two weeks from the 16th of November to be fair. In middle Jan 2026 I followed up again, only to be informed that the supplier is running behind schedule. I gave it another two weeks. Beginning of Feb followed up again, then an apology came through that the bands will only be ready at end of April 2026. This makes the waiting time almost 5and half months. At one week in May 2026 I followed up on my order, only to be told they supplier cannot manufacture the bands and I will receive a refund or choose any of their new jewellery chains, which I declined. Now these watched have a specific mould and cut that can only be used by these watches, so I cannot use a normal watch band. Now I am unable to wear the watch which I have paid almost 200USD for three years ago. So I opted for a refund on the 12th of May, to this day 24 June 2026, I have sent five follow-up emails on the status of my refund, and no responses. Close to 100usd and this company wants to claim status through renown athletes' sponsorships and men's health and GQ magazine marketing etc. but they cannot supply parts or client service. So please do not buy from S-Force watches or jewellery.
