Terrible service

After numerous calls, i sent 3 of my pallet jacks for a quote. I received the quote and rejected it on the 8 july via email to them. it is now the 27 july and i have still not received my pallet jacks. I have been calling them every 2 days and have been told that the manager is in a meeting. Left numerous message for a return call and they do not call back. I literally throw my toys out of the cot today with them and then i get an email stating that they are waiting to put the jacks back together again and no indication of when it will be returned. Worse customer service ever....even requested owners details and have been told that they cannot help. Never will i return
