A bunch of *********** liers

We sent our equipment for a service as the pistons were leaking. More than R5000.- later, the pistons were still leaking. It took them 6 weeks to fetch the equipment again and when they came back the pistons were leaking worse than ever. You never get Ms.Suzi on the telephone as she is most of the time for the ladies. They promise the driver is on his way but he never pitches. The lady on the switch board, she doesn't know me, even after I had told her my name at least 8 times and she doesn't know where I am calling from, but she says good afternoon at 09:30 in the morning. She has to lie to the customer as her boss always tells her that she is not available in order to not have to talk to upset customer. When you persist to talk to the boss, she just puts you in the waiting loop.
