On the 21st of December 2020, We installed a burglar door and used the services of Johan M Cremer from S Designs***ner). The following day there was a fault with one of the joints it snapped and left the burglar bar door hanging. We informed this Johan guy who promised to come immediately and till today has not come. He won't respond to emails and text messages and does not pick up the phone when we call. Johan I want my money back!
