No service received after paying 5 month ago

I would like to advise people to please be careful of SA Legal Matter. I have paid them in April for a service and I still have not received my service, now that I am asking for a refund 5 months later, they said wait till the last day off the month. So please be careful, they always have an excuse as to why things aren't done, I was told they will go the legal way if I post my post, but I need to warn people not to fall into the same trap as me.
