You are the one to blame for their negligence

I purchased a 2-stroke bush cutter from them a little more than a month ago. It seized up after a little over an hour of combined use, and I drove all the way to have them take a look at it. They said it was operator error; I didn't mix the fuel correctly. I explained that I had been using the mixing bottle supp**** with the product. They then told me the measurements on the bottle were incorrect and "I should have seen" the mixture was not correct, then proceeded to charge me for the cost of the spares. On the date of purchase, I asked about the mixture and was told there was a mixing bottle included with the product. I am disappointed in the product and treatment of the staff
