Very very poor customer service

Worst service ever. have been waiting 3 months after we took lawnmower back to Game Colonnade for repair. According to Ryobi, the motor burned out, due to misused, mind you, after the 2nd time's use, on a 50-square-foot lawn. Still under warranty, but we have to pay for the repair. What lawn mower you use for the 2nd time's motor burns out, on such a small patch of lawn? Never buy any Ryobi items.
