Very poor and horrible service.

I bought a ryobi **** eater from makro with 2 year warranty, the machine worked 5 times for about an hour each time , on the 5th time it stopped and a oily substance came out from the engine, it took it back to makro and told then that its brand new. I want a new one, they advised that its only a service waranty, it was sent in . After about 4 weeks i received it back and it was working again but looked much worse than when i gave it in. Still oil everywhere, its now scratched the alluminium isolation is damaged. This is horrible business ethics.
