Just perusing the number of complaints about after-sales service here and this will probably be a waste, but regardless.

If you purchase a Ryobi product, do not expect any form of after-sales service. They are happy to take your money when you buy it, but you are on your own when you need servicing or parts.

Buy their products at your peril.
