Selling something with NO consumable supplies.

A problem with Ryobi, not store necessarily.

Early last year I bought a Ryobi Trimmer, RLT-350, from Mica Eastgate Johannesburg.

I've been able to use it once, then the line ran out. I have been unsuccessful to purchase replacement line, 1.2 mm, from anywhere. So I have not been able to use the trimmer. Everyone says the 1.2 mm line is NOT available.

How can they a trimmer, where one cannot get replacement line.

What am I supposed to do, Obviously the store will not take back the trimmer.

This is really BAD service.
