Selling poor quality products with false advertising

Bought a product that I needed for my business. It does not do what is advertised in any way, And it has only one job and it cant do that. After weeks of no reply I finally got a reply saying I need to give it to service center so they can see what's wrong with it. That's 75km away from me. So I need spend another R350 petrol and 2 hours journey to hand it the junk they sell online for their analysis. I want a refund as I have requested from the 1st day I received this useless product from them
