Ryobi Unresponsive

I bought a Ryobi 145P Lawnmower through Makro. When opened the box to assemble the machine, an Upper Handle Locking piece was missing; there should have been one for each side of the machine, but there was only one. I contacted Ryobi and notified them of the missing piece, through their online Contact service. Since logging my request for the missing part to be supp****, I have had no response.
