Ryobi rotary hammer ED-938 bad product n service

Bought a ryobi rotary hammer ED-938 toward the end of July 2024 to remove tile at my house. After the second use the drill stopped gripping drill. It was returned to builders Newmarket where I had bought it. It took 3 weeks to repair and return to shop. Upon return on first use the front end of the drill fall where the repair were made fell into pieces. I have to return to builder so it can get taken back to ryobi by then month of work would have be lost.

First time buying Ryobi and I'm not impressed
