Ryobi quality and service - INFERIOR

I bought a Ryobi petrol ****-eater from Builders Warehouse in June 2023. witin 4 months it has broken down 3 time with the same problem. Ryobi charges for repairs although the device is under warranty. The latest repair costs R600+ Clearly, Ryobi products are of inferior quality and their after sales service is a rip-off. Builders Warehouse is not doing their name any good by selling Ryobi products
