I just want to Thank Ryobi in Midrand for the Quick response to my purchase on Saturday and Delivery early this morning. Wednesday. Excellent Service. THANK YOU. The only recommendation I can make is PLEASE answer your e mails and contact us messages, I ordered Saturday and Monday Itried to track my Order with the number You gave me and all it kept telling me is "CANNOT FIND ORDER" when it told me Tuesday the same I thought I was ****med again and have lost the money I paid. I aged 10yrs in 2 days. Monday I sent a e mail to the sales dept and tuesday I opened the contact us and sent a message. Up and till now NO REPLY. If I was not ****med 2 months ago I would not have worried. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR E MAILS. Once again THANK YOU for Excellent Service. Keep up the GOOD WORK, just answer your queries.
