Ryobi product bought on the Sunday and now not working when we were using on the wendsday

Absolutely disgusted that we bought a Ryobi brushcutter on Sunday and on the Wednesday the starter motor broke packed up tried to return it to the store that I bought it from I need to be told that they cannot exchange it they’ve got to see it for an assessment first very disappointed as all our garden and products alright I’ve never had a problem with any of the products before.

From Game and they’re insisting on sending the machine in for a assessment first before replacing it in the meantime we cannot continue as I have to wait for the store that sells the Ryobi products to get back to me not very happy with her return policy within three days the machine has broken.
