Ryobi Generator suck

I have never been this mad at a retail store! Game In Queenstown Nonesi mall!!! We bought a generator from them a RYOBI inverter Generator for R4897.99, we had to travel over 400km back and forth to return the item as it is faulty!!!! Now after weeks of phoning and complaining we need to pay in R3500+ due to a spark plug problem but its factory fault!!!!!!!!!! Not ours!!!!! Please just refund us we want nothing to do with Game , their products nor Ryobi this is bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
