Ryobi Complaint

We very unlucky buying Ryobi products from Makro in Toti. The generator stop working after 3 months. They did not replace the none working battery. A battery should last longer than 3 months. The petrol wheat eater stop working after 4 uses. The year guarantee is not applicable because it's wear and tear. They want R800.00 to repair it. If it broke after 4 uses there is clearly something very wrong with it. Very very unhappy customer!!!!
