I bought a Ryobi Lawnmower From Builders Warehouse Newcastle KZN . It was under warranty when I have send it for repairs. They Refuse to repair certain components and asked me to pat R2200 for the lawnmower to be repired. More expensive than the actual purchase price of the machine? Inacceptable.
