Tried calling them for months for a quote for a part for my generator. Everytime they say ok will email you. 3 months, numerous phone calls no email. Eventually send the generator in and after 2 weeks I call and then they say I will give you a quote. Get a quote and still not ready 3 weeks going onto 4. Terrible terrible service.
