POOR SERVICE! INEFFECIENCY!

Bought a Ryobi RG-3500 generator online on 23/05/2023 and it's almost a month now (19/06/2023) since I ordered and paid for the product. I don't have any knowledge or tracking details as to when the generator will be delivered...my business is suffering!!

Seeing that there was a lack of update and communication from Ryobi, I made an inquiry on 30/05/2023 about my generator to no avail!!

On 09/06/2023 I contacted and sent a comment on their Facebook page about my predicament, to which they they only rep**** 3 days later on 12/06/2023, asked me to DM them with details. I DM them with all details and they told me they would escalate the matter...till today!!!!

I am very disappointed!!
