Pathetic service and faulty products!!!!!!

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the generator (Ryobi RG-3500) that we purchased from Builders Glen Eagles.

This generator has stopped working AGAIN after we got it back from being repaired a mere 2 weeks ago.

The ON/OFF switch is not working and the generator just stopped running after 28 minutes. It no longer wants to start.

I would like to add that when I got the generator back it had no petrol and when I took it in, it had half a tank of petrol. I overlooked that because I had finally gotten it back after weeks of waiting.

Please escalate this matter to the manager there because I want this generator to be replaced!! Not repaired!!

I will be bringing it to your shop and I expect to be assisted accordingly.

I will be lodging this complaint with head office as well.
