Pathetic customer service from Ryobi

Please, please don't buy any product from Ryobi!!! Just found out today that I have to wait another week to get my lawnmower back. It has been returned now for the 3rd time in less than 4 months (it is still under warrantee), and everytime I have to wait a week longer to get it back. This time it will total 4 weeks.

The sad part is that no one wants to take responsibility. My e-mails don't get answered and they do absolutely nothing to try to compensate. Guess I can't complain about customer service, because there isn't any!
