Bad service no feedback

Sent a email to roybi. co. za part inquiry more than a week ago no reply. Needed a new trimmer bumphead for a roybi RLT552 trimmer that is out of guarantee. In fact I got a wolf/ trimtech bumphead that fits perfectly from takealot. Please expose Roybi's no service policy.
