Bad power tool

I am a builder and needed a chipper to remove tiles. I have bigger breakers so didn't need to much power. I used there machine on and off for 4 months and after a not to heavy job it caught fire. Now I am used to machines brushes needing a change or even a bearing but 🔥 new for me. I returned the machine to builders and they sent it to the service center. After 2 weeks I was told they will fix my R2200 machine for R1800 and that the 6 months guarantee does not apply as it looked like the machine was used. Needless to say I bought a new machine not this *** make for the same price and it is may I add even better. So thank you Ryhobi for opening my eyes to the bad quality and service. I have told my story to everyone that will listen and as a builder that is a lot of people. I have the machine and letter as proof of how s.africans are getting **********.
