All Ryobi Products are ****

I bought a Ryobi lawnmower at Makro in Centurion. I used the lawnmower only once and thereafter it was not working at all. I took it back to the shop (I.e Makro) and they sent the lawnmower to Ryobi. We were then told by Ryobi that we have to pay R1,900 to fix the lawnmower. How can you pay for something that has a warranty of 2 years? Please be careful when you buy any product from Ryobi, their products are all ****.
